CHECK UP - $65
Includes - Check in inspection - Drivetrain inspection with minor adjustments - Brake inspection with minor adjustments - On bike minor wheel true - Torque all bolts to manufacturer specifications - Drivetrain lubrication - Test ride & final inspection
TRAIL TUNE - $135
Includes - Check in inspection - Bike wash - Ultrasonic drivetrain clean - Installation of purchased parts - Off bike basic wheel true - Gear indexing and derailleur hanger alignment - Brake inspection with minor adjustments & pad installation if needed - Torque all bolts to manufacturer specifications - Drivetrain lubrication - Test ride & final inspection
MID SEASON TUNE - $265
Includes - Check in inspection - Professional bike clean - Ultrasonic drivetrain clean - Installation of purchased parts - Inspect pivots and hubs - 50 hour fork lower service - 50 hour shock air can service - Major wheel true and tension - Install new shift cable and housing - Gear indexing and derailleur hanger alignment - Brake inspection with minor adjustments & pad installation if needed - Torque all bolts to manufacturer specifications - Drivetrain lubrication - Test ride & final inspection
FULL OVERHAUL - $475
Includes - Check in inspection - Complete frame strip down and clean - Ultrasonic drivetrain clean - Installation of purchased parts - Clean and grease all pivots and bearings. Replace bearings as needed. - Hub overhaul and freehub service - 50 hour fork lower service - 50 hour shock air can service - Major wheel true and tension - Replace all cables and housings - Gear indexing and derailleur hanger alignment - Full brake service (bleed and flush, replace pads if needed) - Torque all bolts to manufacturer specifications - Drivetrain lubrication - Test ride & final inspection
ADD ON SERVICES

WHEEL BUILDING
Custom wheel builds, spoke replacement and more. - Wheel true and tension: Starting @ $20 - Spoke replacement: Starting @ $40 - Full wheel build: $100 We stock many colour options for spokes and nipples and can cut spokes to any size, to create a truly one of a kind wheelset for your bike!
E-BIKE SERVICE
We are equipped and certified to service e-bikes with Bosch or TQ Drive Units - E-bike diagnosis or software update: $25 - Other e-bike repairs: $90/hour, minimum $20
