- All customers can earn up to 7% back on purchases as store credit, to be used towards future purchases.

- Customers must have an existing account in our system or register for a new account before loyalty dollars can be earned.

- Items that are excluded from earning loyalty dollars are:

• Ski boot fitting, labour and materials

• Any used equipment

• Bicycle suspension service

• Any Item that is on sale, clearance or discounted for any reason 

 

- Loyalty dollars will expire if no purchases which earn or redeem loyalty dollars are made for 2 years.

- Loyalty dollars are permanently tied to the original account which earned them, and they cannot be traded, transferred, pooled or exchanged for cash.
