At Selkirk, we stand behind the products we sell. If you are having issues with something you bought from us, please reach out by phone or email, or bring the product into the store. Our staff will assess the item, and if it qualifies as a warranty, will help you to submit a claim.
Please note that in some cases, shipping and handling charges are required to process a warranty claim. These must be paid by the customer before the claim can be processed. You will be informed of any charges which may apply before submitting the claim.
Turnaround times vary between brands and are unfortunately out of our control. Expect 2 weeks minimum from the date your claim is submitted.
